Ants Fairly dressed like models on catwalks,Ants by ~Iilaiel
ants walk in line to their next dose of lies.
Drink this wine, buy this toy, pray this god,
kill thy neighbour with you hellish indifference,
ants walk in line never rising question or doubt.
They carry pictures of their spouses ans children
while the highly talk of supreme ideals,
ants walk in line to their next dose of submission,
while crushing silent millions under their brand new shoes.
The hypnotic trance of simple prescriptions,
inhuman reassuring rules to avoid the burden of thought,
ants walk in line to slay the unfaithful
so that the bloodshed crystal castle of illusion can be kept

Counting my blessings Softly disappearingCounting my blessings by ~Iilaiel
into a sea of unspoken words,
little by little a world fades
and a new day begins.
I had it all and more,
this bitter fruit for me to eat,
as sweet as life when it meets the eye
and no there's no time left for regret.
Through the cold of countless winters
and through the softness of endless summers,
I have come this far only to see
the small miracles of daily facts.
I have forsaken my burden of sorrow
and left behind my suitcase of pseudo morals
at the side of and old road,
let them be drowned in a sea of useless words.
Now I can count all of my blessings:
all friends I've met along this endless route,

Blind child So useless seem the offers of your world,Blind child by ~Iilaiel
Gaily-coloured shrouds of dreams long given
In agony to black soil and time.
You, my blind child, still wait for a prophet,
For saviour to rescue you from fear.
Just repeating the given gestures and acts,
singing your mantras in an empty shell,
offering sacrifices and even your own soul
to a cruel and imaginary master.
Among incenses and paraments your fragile voice
tries to rise to reach the merciless sky,
hoping for something to happen,
praying for something to happen.
A promise of salvation, of a secure shelter,
this is all a blind child needs to act,
willing to commit everything and

The Inner Demon He lurks inside. The Inner Demon by ~ezradeacon
Glowing eyes. Watching. Waiting.
Caged fury. Burning hunger.
Black thunder and driving rain.
Turmoil and chaos.
Rage. Hatred. Confusion.
He reeks of death.
Feeds on fear.
Stalking. Hunting. Preying.
Claws like talons; sharp and deadly.
Teeth like tiny razors.
Saliva dripping with venom.
I let him breathe from time to time.
One small taste of freedom.
Just enough to get him by.
But never more than that ..... oh no.
For if I were to open his cage door,
Even the tiniest crack,
It would be the end of us all.
